Kendall County Uncontested Divorce Attorney
Illinois Flat-Fee Divorce Lawyer
Uncontested divorce requires both parties to come to a full agreement on all of the terms of the divorce such as child custody and visitation, child support, alimony and the division of property, before involving the courts. If you feel that you and your spouse have come to agreement on all of the necessary elements of your divorce, uncontested divorce can be an option for you.
I am an Aurora based uncontested divorce lawyer Matthew M. Williams of the Law Office of Matthew M. Williams, P.C. I offer experienced representation and am more than happy to help individuals who believe that the terms of their divorce have been worked out already.
A benefit of uncontested divorce with my office is the fact that I am willing to file such a divorce for a flat fee of:
- $1,500 for an uncontested divorce without children (plus court costs)
- $2,000 for an uncontested divorce with children (plus court costs)
This cost includes my drafting of the necessary paperwork, such as the marital agreement and the parenting agreement, which you will then review. If any changes are necessary, your first revision is included in the flat fee.
Another benefit of uncontested divorce is that all decision-making power remains in your hands at all times. A judge will be necessary, but only to accept the proper documents and enter Judgment on your case, on your terms.
